SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT We focus on the work, not the inbox. Cancellations are not accepted via email or DM. To maintain the flow of the studio and respect the waitlist, please manage all session changes through the software.

THE STANDARD To ensure the best experience for the collective, our policies remain firm. As agreed upon in the SATS waiver:

  • Late fees, credit returns, and refunds are non-negotiable.

  • We do not make exceptions to these terms to ensure total fairness for every athlete in the room.
