    THE FAT BURN (Red Room & Power Plate): We utilize high-frequency vibration and infrared-heated environments to spike your metabolic rate. This isn’t about just burning calories during the hour; it’s about forcing your body to remain in a "burning" state long after you’ve left the studio.

    THE STRUCTURAL LOAD (Reformer): We use the Reformer to create mechanical tension and precise alignment. By moving against spring resistance, we build structural integrity and lean muscle mass without the joint impact of traditional training. It is the "slow burn" that dictates the architecture of your body.

    THE STRESS REDUCTION (Sound & Light): We combat cortisol by shifting you out of "sympathetic" (fight-or-flight) mode. When you step into a room with sound bowls and red light, you are physically forcing your nervous system to down-regulate. You cannot be stressed if your biology is receiving signals of safety and repair.

    BUILDING THE ROUTINE: Notice the oscillation. We never hit high intensity back-to-back without a "systemic reset" (Recovery/Power Plate) in between. This is the only way to build a habit that doesn't lead to burnout.

THE FOUNDER’S ADVICE: Your inner Sanctuary is a system, not a to-do list. We don't train for exhaustion; we train for optimization. If you skip the reset, you miss the result. Stay in the protocol.

Solo sessions are currently $15 & can be used for all drop in classes before our grand opening May 2nd.

The Solo One Session. Total Focus.

The Experience: A streamlined way to maintain your practice. The Solo is our standard single-session pass, offering the high-intensity movement you expect, on your own terms.

The Details:

  • Expiration: 30 days.

  • Integrity: Please ensure your profile is up to date before your arrival at the studio.

If you plan dive in and join us for multiple sessions during our pre-launch you can activate your fortnight for 2 weeks.


All founding memberships will be available only at the studio and can be purchased before or after your soft launch session.

An immersive introduction to the studio.

  • Access: 14 days of unlimited movement.

  • Activation: Your residency begins at the moment of purchase.

  • Eligibility: Exclusive to first-time guests. To maintain the integrity of our community, this offer is valid only for those who have never visited the studio, including via third-party platforms. Creating duplicate accounts to bypass this policy is not permitted.

The 4 Series

The Experience: Designed for the consistent mover who balances their practice with a fluid lifestyle. The Four Series offers a set of four intentional sessions to be used at your discretion.

The Onyx Tier

The Onyx Tier combines the high-intensity heat of our Pilates classes with a dedicated focus on recovery. This is for the client who wants total access to both our movement and our wellness services.

  • Massage: 27 min power plate lymphatic massages included.

  • Monthly Billing: Your card is charged once a month on the date you sign up.

The Black Tier

The Experience: Our most comprehensive offering. The Black Tier grants you total, unhindered access to our full class schedule. Designed for the dedicated practitioner, this membership ensures your place in the studio is always reserved.

  • Access: Unlimited classes, seven days a week.

  • Terms: Monthly recurring billing. Enjoy the fluidity of a month-to-month commitment.

  • Activation: Your membership begins on the date of purchase or the day your current pass expires.

The Experience: A refined choice for those who want flexibility without a commitment. The 5 Collection offers five focused sessions to be used at your own pace.

THE CLARIFICATIONS

Is this traditional Pilates? No. We use the Reformer as a foundation, but we integrate functional training and biomechanical science. This is not a "feel-good" flow; it is an education in your own physiology.

Why the emphasis on Red Light, Sound Bowls, and Infrared? We curate our environment to manipulate your biology for maximum recovery.

  • Infrared Heat: Penetrates deep into the tissue to increase metabolic rate and flush toxins at the cellular level.

  • Red Light Therapy: Targets mitochondrial function to reduce inflammation and accelerate tissue repair.

  • Sound Bowls: Used to shift your nervous system from a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state into a parasympathetic state, neutralizing the cortisol you carry from the outside world.

Are there medical restrictions for Power Plate? Yes. High-frequency vibration is not for everyone. If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, you are strictly prohibited from Power Plate usage. As with any high-intensity protocol, you are responsible for consulting with your physician before beginning training.

Why are there no mirrors in HP? Mirrors invite vanity and self-critique. We remove them so you can move with internal awareness and technical precision. When you stop watching yourself, you finally start feeling the work.

How does the waitlist work? If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via the email connected to your account. By joining the waitlist, you are committing to the class as if you were already enrolled. You are responsible for monitoring your status and removing yourself if you can no longer attend.

What is your policy on membership pauses? For memberships that allow for pausing, we cap all requests at a maximum of 30 days per year. Do not ask for exceptions; our policy is fixed to maintain the integrity of our booking system.

Can I join if I’m a beginner? We don't discriminate based on experience; we train based on the individual. We expect you to show up and learn how to move your body correctly. We meet you where you are, provided you are ready to put in the work.

What if I arrive late? The doors lock at the start time. We do not disrupt the flow of the room for late arrivals. If you aren't at your station when the clock hits, you are out. Deadlines are part of the process.

Do you offer refunds or extensions? We do not offer refunds or extensions on class packs or memberships. We operate on a system of commitment. Manage your schedule as you manage your training.
